Features
  • EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) foam is a fairly recent innovation. These hard wearing rollers are made of heat-moulded foam beads and are one of our "firmest" rollers. These are particularly good for working fascial tightness in the legs and gluteals. Recommended for experienced roller users.

  • Hardness: Shore C 35+ 

  • In general the firmer the roller the more pressure you can apply to your soft tissue leading to greater initial discomfort.
